Based on the information gathered during interviews with the child care staff and the referent and staffing with the licensing supervisor, it has been determined that a staff person did grab a child's face/head and did force the child to take a bite of something and the child spit it out. The child was refusing to take a no thank you bite. Based on the information gathered during interviews with the child care staff and the referent and staffing with the licensing supervisor, it has been deteremined that there is insufficient information to find that child care staff are not yelling/screaming at the children and there is insufficient information to find that the staff person flipped the six year old child over on her mat using her arm and leg. ??
